Outdoor Easter games
Don’t let all that sugar energy go to waste over the Easter weekend – if we’re blessed with good enough weather get your little ones out playing with our fun Easter games.
Bunny tail tag – 2+ players
Cut out a disc of card and glue cotton wool balls to it to make a bunny tail. Thread a loop through the card and clip the tail onto the back of one person’s t-shirt. Everyone else must try and snatch the bunny tail, but all players are only allowed to hop!
Fill the nests game – 4 players
Our Favorina Easter Egg Trays work perfectly for this fun throwing game – not only are they considerably less messy than normal eggs if they break, but each player will have their own set of six coloured eggs making it easier to keep score. Learn how to make Easter nests with our guide, or use a set of baskets or bowls instead.
Line up the nests and give each person a set of coloured eggs. Taking in turns to throw, the first to get all their colours into the nests wins. Any extra plaers
After more of a challenge? Arrange the nests on the lawn, at different distances from the starting point. Players take turns to throw eggs into the nests – the furthest away nest is 4 points, the next furthest 3 points and so on. Whoever has the most points once all their eggs are in the nests is the winner.
